About Us
We're Here to Set the Record Straight.
Like so many Nigerians, we grew up hearing the same discouraging stories: studying abroad or relocating overseas is only for people from rich families. You need millions of naira upfront, connections you don’t have, or perfect grades that feel impossible. Agents promise the world but prioritize their fees over your future. We believed it too until we didn’t.
Pascal Olaleye, founder of Pascal Business Consult, was once in your shoes. A Nigerian dreamer tired of the myths, he took the leap, relocated to Italy, secured scholarships, navigated the visa process, and built a life there on a student budget. What he discovered changed everything: In a country like Italy, it’s genuinely possible to study with little to no money. Public universities offer tuition as low as €156 to €3,000 per year (often income-based), and students can access generous regional scholarships (DSU/ERSU), merit awards, and government stipends up to €10,000 per year (roughly ₦16,000,000+). Add free or heavily subsidized student housing, hostels, meals, and the right to work part-time. Italy becomes one of the most accessible European destinations for ambitious international students, especially from Nigeria.
The real barrier? Not money. It’s lack of the right information, outdated advice, and agents who don’t truly care about your success.
That’s why Pascal built Pascal Business Consult: a student-first consultancy born from personal experience, not just business. From our base in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, we’ve spent over five years guiding dozens of Nigerians (and other international students) to secure university admissions, land life-changing scholarships, craft winning visa applications, and relocate successfully. Our approach is different. We prioritize YOU. We share the exact playbooks, templates, and strategies that worked for Pascal and our clients: the Sponsorship Letter that gets visas approved, the Cover Letter Pascal used himself, beginner-friendly scholarship guides, CEN-T S / TOLC exam prep, even roadmaps to free MBBS programs.
